Long underground excursion style games require heroes to be able to take an obscene amount of abuse, as well as recover it quickly. A “Basic D&D” style campaign of the early years fits into this.

To determine initial Injury level use the following formula:

(WithIn + Combat Composite) x 2

Healing needs to be much faster for the dungeon-delve style of play.

After a safe and comfy nights rest (8+ hours), all PC’s recover an amount of Injury Points equal to their STAMINA. Modifications up or down (based on how safe and comfy the PC is, if they have fresh water, bandages, etc.) should be made to this amount.
